When possible, call to inform our staff of the emergency, so we can prepare for your arrival by having a veterinarian and medical equipment ready. This ensures we can be ready to provide assistance upon arrival. We also understand that sometimes it is not possible to call ahead. In this case, upon arrival, inform a staff member right away of the nature of your emergency so we can begin treating your pet. Emergencies are incredibly stressful, but you must do your best to stay calm.
