Veterinarians

Bryan

Bryan Stancliffe, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Stancliffe is a native of Topeka who received a Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Biology in 1994. He achieved a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1998. He received both degrees from Kansas State University. Before joining the Animal Clinic, he practiced small animal medicine for four years in Lawrence. He has been at the Animal Clinic of North Topeka since 2002. His goal is to get to know you and your pet and provide the best healthcare possible.

He has two cats and three dogs. (His wife says that is plenty of pets, but you never know what Dr. S will bring home!) You can meet his dogs, Olive, Rosie, and Ellie, just about any day at the clinic. Although Bryan is the owner, the dogs are definitely in charge! Bryan has two daughters, Kylie and Abby.

Allison Crow

Allison Crow, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Crow grew up in Kansas City but has since fallen in love with the Topeka community. She spent 7 years at K-State in Manhattan, graduating with a Bachelor of Animal Science, Master of Public Health, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She enjoys getting to know people AND their pets and developing that relationship over the course of a pet’s life. Her goal as a veterinarian is to support the human-animal bond by partnering with pet owners to understand all the options and create a treatment plan that best fits the entire family. She is an active member of Central Park Christian Church, loves reading, and enjoys riding her bike around town. She lives with her husband Tyler and two cats, Phoenix and Fiona.

Carly Bach

Carly Bach, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Bach grew up in California but found herself at home in Kansas. She attended the University of California at Davis for her undergraduate studies in the field of Animal Biology and moved to Kansas to attend vet school at Kansas State University. Dr. Bach has been practicing at the Animal Clinic since graduating in 2016. She enjoys the challenges that come with veterinary medicine while cherishing the reward of helping people care for their loved pets. When not at the clinic, Dr. Bach can be found spending time with her human family and two basset hounds, Winston and Clark.

John Neeck

John Neeck, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Neeck, originally a Wisconsin native, moved to Kansas for college but is now here to stay. He completed his undergraduate studies and his veterinary program at Kansas State University. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Kansas Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Neeck loves all aspects of veterinary medicine and appreciates a veterinarian’s wide range of services. He especially enjoys surgery, preventative medicine, and building lifelong relationships with his clients and their furry families. In addition, Dr. Neeck recently completed an intensive certification in abdominal ultrasonography and is excited to provide high-quality ultrasound diagnostics for the clinic. In his spare time, Dr. Neeck enjoys traveling, hiking, and dabbling in a wide variety of outdoor sports. He is an active member of his local Catholic parish. He is a fan of The Kansas City Chiefs and the Royals but is still loyal to his Wisconsin Green Bay Packers. He and his wife, Katey, have 2 sons, Justin and Alexander. Their family also includes a lab mix named “Brewski”, a golden retriever named “Pretzel”, who are both best friends with their cats, “Tony” and “Meredith Grey.”

Practice Manager

Diane became the Practice Manager in 2014 and has enjoyed putting all her efforts into making this the best clinic possible! She loves her job because the staff is AWESOME, and every day is fun. She graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She loves spending time with her family and friends and has a house full of animals – 3 dogs: Ellie, Rosie, and Olive and 2 cats: Lilli and Bonnie.

Jen
Jen

Jen, our Lead Customer Service Representative, absolutely loves talking to clients about their pets and being able to help them when in need. Joining the team in 2016, Jen has a great deal of experience within the veterinary field beginning as a teen volunteer at her hometown family vet and progressing through stages of kennel technician, veterinary assistant, and veterinary technician. Originally aspiring to attend vet school, along the way, Jen found a passion for ensuring pets and their owners have the best experience possible in which she took a turn on her career journey. Jen’s fur-kids include 2 English Bulldogs – Titan, and Jax along with 2 Teacup Chihuahuas – Chula and Reina, and a cat, Adele. When not at the clinic, Jen loves spending time with her husband and kids- both two and four-legged. She is also a Youth Pastor at her church and is an avid fan of the Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks.

Brissa

Brissa came to the clinic as a kennel technician in 2018. Upon graduating high school, she was promoted to a veterinary technician and is now focusing on enhancing the client experience as a Customer Service Representative. Her favorite part of working at the clinic is seeing new pets every day. One thing you may not know is that Brissa is fluent in English and Spanish! Brissa’s family includes her 2 cats, Yayo and Doobie, and dog, Guicho. Outside of the clinic, Brissa loves spending time with her friends and family, but also enjoys just staying home with her fur-kids.

Clint

Clint joined the Animal Clinic team in 2017 as a veterinary technician. Through the years he has transitioned into customer service and is now a full-time Customer Service Representative. Clint enjoys being able to help clients better understand their pets and the care needed for them. If he is not taking care of clients, Clint can be found around the clinic with a hammer, screwdriver, paintbrush, or any number of tools since he loves to fix things! In his free time, he enjoys canoeing, refinishing furniture, playing percussion, and curating his vintage vinyl collection. Clint has one French bulldog, “Bruce”. And, of course, because of Clint’s love for movies, he is named after Bruce Lee.

Karah
Karah

Karah, RVT, graduated from Brown Mackie College with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2016. She joined our team in 2017 and is our Lead Veterinary Technician. One of her favorite parts of working in veterinary medicine is working with great people and educating them about their pet’s needs. In her free time, she can be found spending time with family, binging TV shows, or shopping. Karah and her husband have 3 dogs: Harper, Nora, and Delilah, and 4 cats: Finnegan, Smush, Amara, and Parmesan. She is a busy mom with two adorable children.

Makayla
Makayla

Makayla first came to Animal Clinic of North Topeka during her senior year of high school as part of a student internship program. Shortly after completing the program, she accepted a vet tech position on our team and has been with us since 2017. Makayla’s favorite part of working at the clinic is helping clients better understand their pets. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her dogs and cats: Rocket, Saber, and Richard.

Phill
Phill

Phill joined the Animal Clinic team in 2020. His favorite part of working at the clinic is helping all the animals and being able to educate clients about their pet’s needs. Phill has incredible knowledge about fish and reptiles from nearly fifteen years of experience at a pet store. Thanks to Phill’s expertise, our clinic pets have expanded to two fish tanks, geckos, a snake, and lizards. In his free time, he enjoys landscaping his yard and hanging out with his wife and 2 dogs: Capone and Darla. In addition to his dogs, Phill has one cat, 16 snakes, a frog, a lizard, 14 chickens, and 4 tortoises.

Logan

Logan graduated from Kansas State University in 2021 with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, Logan has worked in the veterinary field and joined our team in 2022 as a Veterinary Technician. She also spends time filling in as a CSR, so you might see her at the front desk some days! Her favorite part of working at the clinic is being able to problem-solve issues with pets and being able to learn new information every day. In her free time, Logan enjoys playing/coaching softball, helping on her parent’s dairy farm, and watching TV with her cats (Ellie and Potato) and dogs (Atlas and Mercie)

Justin
Justin

Justin, our longest-standing team member, has been at the clinic since 1995! He has worked with every veterinarian who has been a part of the clinic, including Dr. Torrence who opened the Animal Clinic of North Topeka in 1961. Justin’s favorite part about working here is being part of an awesome team and being able to work with awesome clients! In his free time, Justin enjoys reading books, mysteries being his favorite, and playing the ukulele.

Nancy
Nancy

Nancy graduated from Kansas State University in 2021 with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She has worked in the veterinary field since graduating and joined our team in 2022. Most weeks she splits her days between being a veterinary technician and assisting the CSRs. Her favorite part about working at the clinic is talking and working with awesome coworkers, clients, and pets. One of Nancy’s best qualities is that she smiles non-stop! When not at the clinic, Nancy can be found reading, baking, watching tv, or putting her 3 cats (Butters, Guapo, and Junior) and tortoise (Douglas) in cute outfits.

Alex
Alex

Alex has been part of the Animal Clinic of North Topeka team since 2020, starting as a Kennel Technician and then being trained as a Veterinary Technician. His favorite part about working at the clinic is being able to take care of pets and making them as comfortable as possible. Alex has 3 French bulldogs: Nala, Bentley, and Nevaeh. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and listening to music.

Claire
Claire

Claire began at the animal clinic in 2023. She currently attends Seaman High School and plans to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine upon graduation. Her favorite part of working at the clinic is seeing all the cute animals and learning new, exciting information. Claire has 2 dogs of her own, Casey and Rocky. When not at the clinic, she can be found hanging out with family and friends or golfing.
